There are a lot of coolers and these coolers are made for a specific function.  There are coolers intended for kids use, adult use and even outdoor use.  Coolers that are specifically made for the kids are those which are quite small and are not that heavy.  For adults, these are those which are really big and can be quite heavy even though it is still empty.  As for those coleman wheeled cooler, it is just like an ordinary adult cooler.  It is sturdier than the other kinds of coolers.  Before buying one of this, there are still some certain things you should keep in mind.

For outdoor coolers, you must take note of the size.  You might want to estimate how much stuff you will be putting inside it.  If you will be putting a lot, might as well go for the bigger sizes.  At least if it is not full with things, you can still add more during the trip or when time passes.  But if you are sure that only a few things need to be placed in it, then go for the small or the medium sized ones.  It helps too to have more than one size of the coolers so that you can choose which of it is perfect for the things intended to be placed in it.

Speaking of size of these coleman coolers, you should also estimate how much space is needed for this thing to fit in your vehicle.  If you’re commuting, you might have a hard time bringing it but ones you get to a bus for example, you do not need to worry.  There is a place which is specifically made to be the storage of large cargos.  The carrying and moving it around is perhaps the most difficult part of it all.  Nevertheless, if you’re taking your vehicle, be considerate and do not bring more than what it cannot handle.

Consider also the price or the cost of the stainless steel cooler you will be purchasing.  You can invest in coolers that are quite expensive but has excellent quality or those which are cheap but looks like it will collapse anytime.  It is okay too to haggle sometimes especially if you’re buying a lot but if you’re purchasing it from the malls, it is almost impossible to get discounts unless stated otherwise.  Most of the items in the malls are fixed prices already.  Better move on to the next.

Lastly, ask some of your friends or relatives if they have stainless steel cooler that you can borrow in the meantime.  This saves you money and effort but make sure that the coolers are still in good shape and take good care of it since it is not yours.  Once you’re done using it, give it back to the owner as soon as you clean it and never forget to thank them for letting you borrow it.
