Have an electric stainless cooler for your paintball team's exclusive use. You know how fast and exhausting the game is and your players will certainly need cold drinks to quench their thirst after the paintball battle.

In preparing for the paintball tournament that your team is participating there will be a series of practice games your players will go through so their skills will improve much better than the team's performance in tournaments in previous years. Your team did not do so well so their coach suggested that he will schedule their practice and rehearsals regularly every weekend, if possible. The paintball coach also suggested that a portable coolers be brought to the paintball grounds every practice day so the paintball players can have some thing cold right after each game.

To raise your team's morale, assign one or two of the girls in the office to man the steel cooler at the sight where your team will relax after the practice game in the paintball grounds. To complete their morale-boosting mission for your players, ask the girls to come in shorts and sexy T-shirts to encourage and taunt the boys to be sure to reach the finish line on time so they will have the coldest bottles of the drinks they have ready for them.

For the boys, especially for them who also have some interest in getting near the girls ahead of the other guys in the team, the taunts and the cheering from the naughty girls should be enough incentive to do their best and reach the Outdoor Coolers where the girls are, still alive, and not dying from the strenuous run and crawl routine they have to complete.

The boys when reaching the finish line will also surely be taunting the girls that their beauty is the reason they have to reach the end of the paintball course, not really the cold drinks that they will get from the steel cooler. The naughtier boys of course will go down on their knees if the girls threaten them that there are no cold drinks for them if they are just after their beauty. The girls will counter that the boys could sacrifice without the cold drinks if their interest is just their beauty as girls, and not the cold drinks in the coleman coolers. It will be an interesting sight to watch several of the boys kneeling and begging the girls for their cold drinks.

You as the paintball team owner will be watching this happy exchange of jokes and camaraderie, and you could easily fall for the requests of the boys for more cold drinks.   
    
The bolder boys could ask you to include cold beer in the steel cooler in the next practice game. You put your foot down on this request and setting a condition that there will be beer only in the actual game, and if they come out winners. Otherwise you will ask the girls to make the decision on the beer if they lose in the tournament.
